We are looking for a .Net developer to join our growing team. You’ll need to tackle problems that span a variety of domains: Asset Management, Monitoring, Data Collection, APIs, Processors, Mobile applications, etc.
You will learn our applications to support existing user requests and be involved in the evolution of these platforms with new feature requests. Superb organisational and communication skills are required when working with our projects team to manage your workload.
On a daily basis you will help tackle a variety of technical support challenges that primarily relate to our customers and end users on the front line. This role will be focused on supporting the existing suite of products and any new products as they are launched including but not limited to real time support issues, infrastructure, maintenance, testing and QA.
You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving problems in a fast paced sales and marketing environment where customer is King. You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced developers and be mentored by an IT Director. To make an impact, you’ll need to be flexible and adaptable to suit the needs of our customers.
Pension: We operate a SIPP scheme through Hargreaves Landsdown.
Holiday: 28 days per annum - we close the office on Christmas day, Boxing day and New years day (so you can work bank holidays if you wish). Team members get one extra day of holiday for each year of service to the company up to a maximum of 5 days.
Sick Leave: We pay up to 4 sick / duvet days per annum after that we operate statutory sick pay. If the allowance of 4 sick days is not taken in any year period, we will remunerate at the end of the year.
Training & Development: We support learning and development for all staff. An allowance towards training and further development relevant to your role will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
