As a landlord you need total trust in the agent you work with. Through managing our own portfolio for the last eighteen years, and that of our Landlords for the last eight, you can be assured that you are in safe hands.

We work to strict standards. We support the Edinburgh Council's initiatives as we believe they will protect you, your tenant and ultimately your investment.

Our fees are as transparent as possible - for the Full Management Service we charge 10.5%.

There is an initial set up fee of £95.00 and, should we be required to find new tenants at a later date, it is reduced to £75.

Landlords who either have an HMO property with us on 2 or more will be entitled to an reduced ongoing management rate. That's it. (Fees subject to VAT).

Tenants benefit from a first class range of properties, and extremely trustworthy contractors. You will find our staff very knowledgeable and displaying a real commitment to finding the ideal property every time.

Should there be a maintenance issue with a property, then speed is vital. We use a range of professional contractors who will attend as soon as possible.
