Duncan McKenzie Property is an owner-managed property letting company led by Anne Duncan.

Anne has worked in the property market for over 14 years, and manages a small team of trusted associates in managing and maintaining properties to the high standards expected by Landlords and Tenants alike.

Anne firmly believes that excellent properties attract excellent tenants and that the Duncan McKenzie Property difference is that we cherish properties for our clients as we do our own homes.

Our approach to excellent Property Management is based on what we call the Duncan McKenzie Property Triangle – made up of the 3 key players in our business, namely Landlord, Tenant and the Property itself. Each is important and our business is about ensuring that we deliver consistently excellent service to our clients and properties.
