Edinburgh Letting Centre (www.edinburghlettingcentre.com) is a property management and letting agency based in Edinburgh, Bruntsfield, established in January 2003. We cover Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

While we specialise in HMO properties, we offer a full spectrum of lettings and property management services: full property management; tenant find only / let only; key holding service; free rental valuations – desktop, inspection and instant online valuations via Valpal. We can provide our landlords with buy to Let advice and how to maximise on their property investment.

We are Property Ombudsman members. As ARLA Propertymark regulated letting agents we comply with ARLA guidelines. Nearly all our letting agents have NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) qualifications, Residential Lettings and Property Management, Scotland, Level 6. One of our agents has further qualifications in Residential Inventory Management and Practice (Scotland, Level 6) NFOPP qualification.
