Established in 2010, Connell & McFadden have grown from a small Letting Agency, to having four arms of the Connell & McFadden business, Lettings, Sales, Development and Financial, all complimenting and working closely with each other hand in hand.

We pride ourselves in offering a personal and caring service to all our clients, whether they be landlords, tenants, or our Development or Financial customers, working together to match their needs. We fulfil this caring approach as we too have our own properties and know how important it is to have them managed appropriately by professionals in the industry.

We are Landlord Accreditation Scotland accredited offering Full Management or Let Only services in Edinburgh and the Lothians as well as the management of city centre holiday lets.
