The owner, David Allison, has over 20 years experience in the letting industry in both corporate and independent environments.

During this time David has built up two independent letting agents from the foundations with them both becoming highly reputable, successful and the most popular in their respective areas in Glasgow and South Lanarkshire. As a result we believe at Allison Residential Letting we know what makes a successful letting agent and what does not.

We use the latest technology available to market properties and source tenants as quickly as possible. Putting that alongside traditional values which we truly believe in and giving the personal touch to ALL our clients is a great recipe for success.

We are friendly, approachable and loyal and believe that COMMUNICATION is paramount in this industry. We also pride ourselves on our flexible working hours and responding to everyone in a timely manner.

We are a member of the Property Ombudsman as we take our business extremely seriously along with our customer service.
