Bowman Rebecchi Residential Letting, operated by Andrew Bowman and Marco Rebecchi, is a collaborative venture, jointly owned with Riccardo Giovanacci who is the Managing Director of Glasgow lettings firm, Newton Lettings. The new business has inherited Newton Letting’s tried and trusted models, processes, and expertise to support its development into the lettings market.

Our new partnership is focused on offering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants, with the aim to establish a leading position in the west coast of Scotland residential lettings market, with target areas including Greenock, Gourock, Inverkip, Kilmacolm, Bridge of Weir, Largs and other areas in Ayrshire and Renfrewshire.
