Established Septmeber 1996 by Mr Balraj Malhotra, we have seen many changes within the industry and have continued the business growth year on year. Now managed by his daugher Arti Malhotra-Hope, M&P Properties have a strong foundation and knowledge in property letting.

We are Propertymark qualified, members of SAL (Scottish Association of Landlords), CLA (Council of Letting Agents) and approved agents on the Scottish Letting Agents Register.

The team at Malhotra & Partners understands the concerns and expectations of landlords and tenants alike and focuses on delivering the very best for both parties. Being a family run business, we don’t see our tenants or clients as just another customer, we treat them as part of the Malhotra & Partners family.
