Step 3. Attending a Controlled Viewing
Once you are invited to an in-person viewing, safety will be priority. You will be advised to wear a face covering, not touch surfaces where possible and adhere to the 2m distancing.
If you have any of the following symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone showing these symptoms in the past 14 days, you will unfortunately be unable to attend a physical viewing:
A high temperature
A new, continuous cough
A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
If you are attending a physical viewing, your safety is vital. We advise that all parties arrive with a face covering, and wear it at all times during the viewing. You are then responsible to safely dispose or keep your own face covering. This cannot be done inside the property you are viewing.

The SSE Hydro events centre is 5 minutes walk away, there is also the Scottish Exhibition Centre (SEC), the Science Centre, the Cineworld IMAX all very close by. In Finnieston, about 5-10 minutes away, there are a number of trendy eatery's, restaurants and bars to choose from - this location is buzzing and is seen as the "up and coming" spot in Glasgow. The Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gym is around the corner for the fitness conscious. There are a number of Tesco express supermarkets in the local area sp provisions can be easily sourced. There is a bus stop right outside the development that can have you in at Glasgow Central Station in the city centre in approximately 10 minutes, please check schedule but in general buses run every 15 minutes on this route (X19). The Exhibition Centre train station is under 10 minutes walk away, there are also a number of car rental offices in the local area should you wish to hire a vehicle.
