Letting agents are encouraged to pre-screen tenants before they are offered a physical viewing. By using our MyRentalCV referencing tool to store all of your rental information, agents will be safe in the knowledge that you are a suitable tenant.
Virtual viewings will give you a better feel for the property and determine where you’d like to apply for a physical viewing, from the safety and comfort of your own home.
Once you are invited to an in-person viewing, safety will be priority. You will be advised to wear a face covering, not touch surfaces where possible and adhere to the 2m distancing.

The flat itself has a modern kitchen, neutrally decorated, with a kettle, toaster, microwave as well as a stove and oven. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment and a dining table for 4 to make sure you will not have to be eating out every night (unless that is the plan!). There is a fridge/freezer to store your food in the kitchen.
There are two very comfortable double bedrooms, both with wardrobe storage. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room also. The 2nd bedroom has a sofa bed and desk. Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard with quality decor and Egyptian cotton bed linens. There is a tiled main bathroom with a bath. A travel cot can be provided upon request.
Finally, the living room has a comfy couch, a 43" Smart TV with a Netflix account available for use.
For anyone travelling with bags they want to keep in the property, there are also 3 large storage closets each with a good deal of space for luggage or important packages.
